1. Support Risk/Project Assurance Manager in verifying that Change Management and Interface processes are being
effectively applied across NCOC and the Agents and initiating corrective actions if needed.
2. Assist the Delivery Managers with evaluation of Potential Change Notices (PCN’s) and Critical Interfaces for
assessment by preparing decision support information.
3. Ensure any PCN’s raised by the Agents or NCOC are clearly documented and supported by the appropriate

5. Administer and deliver the Register of Baselines and the Change Register in accordance with the NCOC Change
Management Procedure.
6. Coordinate the Change Management interface requirements with the Delivery Managers and the Agents' focal
points.
7. Regularly review Change Management process and NCOC thresholds with Agents.
8. Coordinate the Interface Request requirements and information with the Delivery Managers and the Agents’ focal
points in a timely manner that allows effective actions to be taken.
9. Monitor the interfaces supporting key Venture processes (Project Assurance, Annual work Program planning, Risk
and Change Management etc).
10. Coordinate overall consistency of assumptions made between technical domains of the Project, in particular
clarifying Operator’s Agents’ responsibilities when transferring data across interfaces.
11. Control the impact of changes and critical interface issues to the various Phases of the Project using the Integrated
Project Schedule (IPS) and the Integrated Activities Plan (IAP).
12. Work with Agents and Delivery Managers to address and resolve any interface issues and conflicts.
13. Administer and deliver the Venture Interface Register in accordance with the NCOC Interface Management
Procedure.
14. Coordinate the Interface Agreement process to ensure it is current, publicly available and adequate for user’s
requirements.
15. Assist NCOC Directorates in optimizing and finalizing their internal interfaces and those with Agents.
16. Ensure with the support of Delivery Managers that Agents have a Change Management and Interface processes
that meet NCOC minimum standards
17. Analyze issues and make recommendations to the appropriate level of Management
18. Identify Interface issues by attending various venture meetings and workshops.
