My experience consisted of two main areas that are Budget Planning and Financial Analysis, among others. • Coordinating all the responsible departments for preparing the annual budget in each cost unit on planning and forecasting terms. • Preparing monthly and annual expense forecasts, including any necessary recommended action required to manage costs to achieve budget by using Hyperion Planning. • Performing weekly and monthly detailed budget variance analysis by using Hyperion Planning. • Creating executive analysis reports highlighting business issues, potential risks and profit opportunities by using QlikView Business Discovery platform. • Preparing financial analysis reports and presentations by applying acquired financial principles and Activity-Based Costing methods.
