Production & Operations offshore facilities. Development and implementation of Offshore Operation strategies, plans and policies. Lead the development of the operating format which will comprehensively define the processes and procedures on how Offshore Operations will operate during phases of the Kashagan Project. Define manpower levels and designations, manpower introduction time lines, assist in the preparation of CAPEX and OPEX budgets and to assist in the development and introduction of various safety cases and bridging documents.

The Kashagan Project is on of the largest developments in extreme conditions (e.g. Ice, H2S, High pressure, shallow water) in the history of oil & gas industry with close to 35 billion barrels of oil in place. Job duties of Production Superintendent is to manage all production activities associated with the production of oil and gas on the offshore facilities ensuring that Operationg and Process integrity are maintained in a efficient, safe, environmental compliant and cost effective way and in accordance with RoK law and regulations. Ensure operability of the offshore development during the execute phase. Once in producation, support the sites on all aspects relevant to the plant and Island operations. - Initially, preaparing procedures and specialized operation descriptions for operation activities. - Participating in the Intergrated Commisioning and Acceptenace team, providing training and actively taking part into Competence growth of local staff. - Enshurig that the production operations activities requirements are implemented according to production plan. -Ensuring of the technical quality and accuracy of all work performed by personnel under ones supervision. - Coordinating activities of plant operations, including but not limitinh to, Crude oil and gas processing (Production/Injection Wells, Crude oil separation, Dehydration, Power station,Utilities, Gas compression, Flow lines and Trunk pipelines) and related systems. -Establishing production operation requirements and input these requirements to production operation plans. -Directly responsible for plant operations personnel, day and night shift, and contractors personnel involved. -Manage offshore Emergency responce activities.

Position: Oil/Gas/Sulphur Area supervisor (Duty Production Superintendent & On scene commander). ♦ Responsible as Oil Gas Sulphur (OGS) Supervisor for the smooth functioning of the Onshore Processing Facilities (OPF) to meet the production targets and safe operation. ♦ Provide the guidelines and instructions to the operations personnel for the day to day plant operations ♦ Coordinate with the HSE department to conduct the preplanned safety activities like MOCK drill etc to ensure the safety awareness among the employees. ♦ Attend the meetings with various departments to plan for yearly budgeting, shutdown planning etc. ♦ Attend the meeting with management and provide the necessary presentations about the plant performance. ♦ Troubleshooting the process upsets and implementation of necessary modification ♦ Support the project group for the safety review meetings like HAZOP. ♦ Attend the debottlenecking study with the process engineering group and contractors and provide the necessary inputs for the project. ♦ Ensure that all the safety practices and procedure defined for the project are adhered by the production and maintenance personnel by the way of conducting STOP audits, tool box talk etc. ♦ Motivate the young engineers coming up with novel projects and modification for the better operation of the refinery. ♦ Headed the group responsible for the “Plant Modification Request” and its implementation. ♦ Responsible for release of various certificates like “Process Isolation”, “Mechanical Isolation” etc. along with the Permit to Work forms. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: ♦ Over 15 years of Operations and Production experience. ♦ Extensive Onshore Oil /Gas & Sulphur Production experience ♦ Hands-on experience in all aspects of Refinery’s day to day Production Management, Shutdown and Start-up planning etc. ♦ Deep hands-on experience of all areas of Natural Gas Refining, Condensate Stabilization and Sulphur Recovery & Granulation. ♦ In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting in total quality management activities. ♦ Excellent Team spirit and capable of interacting effectively with maintenance discipline for routine Plant operations. ♦ Expert in OJT conducting for the newcomers. ♦ Deep hands-on experience in the PFD’s, PID’s analyzing. ♦ Experience in the technical services and implementation of some process modifications after detailed engineering study. ♦ Great ability to perform multi-tasks and meet Production Targets. ♦ Proficient with Microsoft Office software (MS WORD, EXCEL ,POWER POINT etc).
