(OVERALL FUNCTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) • Assist the HSE Manager and all Safety Aspect • Adapting the safe systems of work to project specific needs • Development of project specific HSE documents • Developing of risk assessments, conducting contractor and supplier compliance audits • Conducting SIMOP visits prior to start of projects • Monitoring and upgrading of safety equipment • Coordinating the provision of the HSE advice to the management team and providing general HSE support to the project. • Encouraging a safe working culture amongst personnel, promote HSE awareness, accountability and responsibility • Coordinate introduction and follow up of the Client awareness program • Assist with maintenance of relevant HSE documentation and records • Attend and provide input to site HSE Committee and Toolbox meetings • Review the HAZOP existing safe systems of work, and approved the HSE inspections as well as the audits as directed detailed engineering procurement and construction designed (EPC) contract Safety Plan and Program. • To Promote HSE on site through dedicated Promotion Campaign, Monitor contractor work processes for compliance with project safety execution plans. Stops work if imminent danger situations or conditions having imminent adverse environmental impact. Investigates incidents and prepares reports. • To Support on Health, Safety and Environmental issues as well as Emergency Preparedness and Fire Safety to all related disciplines such as Road Safety for Traffic Control. The HSE Coordinator is also to contribute to the ongoing improvement of a positive HSE culture within all areas of Company facility. • Ensure that all Hazardous material are kept in proper conditions and safely used. • Perform regular Task Observation to identify good and bad practices. • Act as trainer when the trainer is not present Check and give feed-back to HSE Manager regarding competence and training of personnel. • Patrol the SITE as frequently as possible, and inspect current activities and working conditions Stop any unsafe act and unsafe condition noticed on site for immediate action to prevent accident and incident recurrence. • Communicating safety measures with Contractors and subcontractors thru Constructions’ supervisions and Take good care the reputation of the COMPANY, and to the international environment.

REPORTS TO: Site SHES Manager SUPERVISES : Field SHES Supervisors, Field SHES Officers Assist and report to SHES Manager  Assist and report to SHES Manager  Provides daily supervision and support to a team of field SHES supervisors and SHES officers.  Provides support and back-up to the Site SHES Manager and his deputy.  Ensures RasGas PTW procedures & all safety procedures are followed by contractor personnel’ Conducts regular work site safety inspections/Audits/ Safety walk about Participation in incident investigation following any incidents  Plan, develop and deliver SHES Training curriculum using standard computer presentation programs, to train team members, supervisors, and managers in factory and corporate CAEL SHES practices  Assists with SHES review and input to process hazard assessments and change management of policy, procedures, machines, and equipment for injury prevention  Conducts routine task Audit and non-standard work-based Risk Assessments of job activities to objectively identify hazards to determine use of hierarchy for hazard controls  Performs industrial hygiene and ergonomic surveys. Documents findings according to accepted procedures. Uses and maintains SHES related instrumentation, including calibration records.  Ensures routine Inspections fire suppression equipment, emergency lighting, emergency shower and eyewash units, first-aid supplies, and any other applicable Life Safety device  Routinely conducts/compiles SHES audits and inspections within applicable Oil and Gas and other locations as requested for internal auditing assistance  Delivers respiratory protection care, maintenance, and use program training as applicable  Assists with investigative causes of injuries, accidents, incidents and near misses to identify preventive safety measures for incorporation into the safety program. Maintains programs and record keeping systems that track and evaluate Legal, ISO, OHSAS and CAEL SHES Corporate compliance to established standards of SHES Procedures for Offshore, Onshore Flow Assurance Project and implementing to all subcontractors.  Review, edit and implement Internal Procedure documents pertaining to identified physical, behavioral, and legal risks and operational controls  Maintains SHES files and records for internal and external auditing compliance  Reports SHES data in weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports  Compiles and submits agency reports required by regulatory agencies  Act as SHES Manager in the absence of Manager to lead the SHES Team / Liaison for Hazardous Materials and Waste, Spill, and Emergency Response / Contingency Plan. Ability to act accordingly to initiate appropriate response to hazardous situations  Assist and monitor the administration of workers' compensation program, coordinating work accommodations, tracking restricted/ lost days,  Coordinating external Health and Wellness program providers  And all other duties as assigned

REPORTS TO: HSE Manager SUPERVISES : Field HSE Supervisors, Field HSE Officers  Assist and report to HSE Manager  To lead of Health and Safety Environment and assist the HSE Manager Corporate HSE Director and Project Manager for the implementation of Construction Environment, Safety and Health Plan for the projects. Assists in developing, maintain and improving of existing company policies and procedures. Promoting awareness of injury prevention and damage control to all level of employees.  Assists the HSE team for re-formulation and updating of policies on Safety and Health to be implemented for the project.  Assists the Project Management or clients for the implementation of HSE Plan.  Training of personnel assigned to project sites in terms of HSE Compliance  Maintaining an up to date record on statistics of safe man-hours rendered, Lost time accidents (LTA) recorded, first aid cases and medical treatment cases and property damage.  Assess, control and document risks arising from exposure to hazards in the work environment based on the Risk Assessment Matrix covering all activities  Ensures that all incidents/accidents, including non-accidental death cases are reported and investigated  Ensures accurate safety performance recording & reporting.

 Assist and report to HSE Manager  Assists and reports to HSE&S Superintendent to complete all required responsibilities.  Provide assistance to Supervisors with incident investigation and initiate analysis to discover incident trends and corrective actions.  Review Project safety equipment requirements and report deficiencies.  Provide Subcontractor support to implement site specific HSE&S programs.  Review and monitor hazardous materials storage and MSDS records.  Notify the Project of HSE&S issues and assist in the delivery of HSE&S information.  Assist Supervisors in conducting field safety inspections and resolving hazard issues.  Assist with the development of work instructions and/or JSAs.  Monitor and report field temperature conditions and post heat index flags.  Monitor Subcontractor work permits.  Ensure Procurement and Subcontractor are conducting equipment safety inspection upon site entry.  Executes all assigned responsibilities defined in the Take Time for Safety Matrix.  Night Shift HSE Coordinator for successful SAMREF shutdown from January 12, 2012 to January 25, 2012  HSE Coordinator for Brownfield area, such as Sand Filter, Atmospheric Sumps, Substation, HFO, Jetty, Tank Farm, etc.  Worly Parsons HSE Coordinator and Representatives for SAMREF CFP Jetty Port Project for modification of existing Berth.  Night Shift HSE in-charge during the removal of MOV Barge at Jetty Offshore  Night Shift HSE Coordinator during 2012 and 2013 Turn Around/ Integrated Event/ Shut Down phase.  Night Shift HSE reliever for HSE Superintendent every time they are on their rotational leave.  Monitor the effectiveness of PRE-START and START process.  Advise the subcontractors in any safety related issues.
