The FGP (Future Growth Project) / Wellhead Pressure Management Project (WPMP) is the next major expansion of TCO's oil production capacity. The proposed expansion will feature three new main processing facilities: the Pressure Boost Facility (PBF), the 3rd Generation Plant (3GP) and the 3rd Generation Injection plant (3GI). The project will also include major upgrades to the existing field gathering system. I have been involved into detailed engineering phase on 51D Area (Greenfield) of this project. Types of activities undertaken: checking and updating P&IDs, CAD team work coordination, participation to FSC and P&IDs Validation with client, PSV calculation, control valve and orifice sizing, sound power level calculation, development of DCNs (Design Change Notice), vendor documentation squad checks, process support to other disciplines, etc.

TCO intend re-design the piping and control systems for lean amine circulation at five sour gas sweetening units at the KTL plants. Brownfield modifications to an existing U-300 KTL 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 (trains) lean amine loop in order to improve safety and reduce a risk of sour gas release through atmospheric tank. Also project include installation of a pair of lean amine service pumps in each of the five sour gas sweetening units. I have involved into FEED phase of the Project. KTL is Soviet-era plant in Tengiz comprising 5 crude stabilization and gas processing trains. The plant experiences crude production gap in summer due to inability of critical air coolers to provide sufficient cooling and achieve the required process temperatures. SGR Project aims to reduce the summer winter production gap by providing a new cooling water system comprising cooling towers, recirculation pumps, distribution lines and 10 shell and tube trim coolers to deliver additional cooling to critical areas during summer. I have been involved into Detailed Engineering phase of the Project. The SGE Capacity and Reliability (SGE/CAR) Project is seeking to achieve an optimized SGP crude production rate and optimum reliability. The design is based on using actual SGP operating data to identify the bottlenecks and determine the required modifications necessary to overcome these bottlenecks to meet the optimized capacity. The project consists of several sub-projects concentrating on different areas of the plant. I was involved and provided assistance for 4 sub-projects on Detailed Engineering phase: Crude Rundown, Produced Water, Caustic Carryover Elimination and HP Steam Package.
