Supervise the movement of TPE between construction sites and ensure compliance with storage, safety, and technical standards. Organize technical inspections and obtain KPO (Karachaganak Petroleum Operating) permits for equipment operation within the Karachaganak oil-gas condensate field. Monitor the validity of all equipment inspection certificates and ensure adherence to local legislation, client’s procedure and customer/manufacturer standards. Coordinate and manage a team of electrical equipment engineers and small equipment & tools technicians, electrical equipment electrics, equipment maintenance mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment with combined systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, electrical, etc.). Ensure timely servicing and repairs without disrupting project schedules and develop measures to replace less efficient TPE. Maintain accurate inventory records, provide detailed status reports to management, and oversee warehouse operations, including fire safety measures. Organize regular inspections for defect identification, manage the process for equipment write-offs, and participate in inventory checks as required. (3GP PAR Installation Project), (Tengiz Field, Atyrau Region) Key responsibilities: Organizes the operation of vehicles in transportation. Provides efficient use of vehicles on a line. Responsible for development of current and long-term plans of transportations and coordinating of their implementation with observance of safety traffic requirements. Responsible for conducting of toolbox talks for drivers on the rules and conditions of cargo and passengers transportation. Establishes and maintains rational and effective exploitation of vehicles, cargo handling mechanisms, equipment and passengers transport. Responsible for a timely conclusion of contracts with a transport subcontractor for the passengers and cargo transportation. Ensures implementation of treaty obligations and participates in the commissions in reviewing of claims on them. Maintains appropriate condition of access roads in the transport exploitation. Organizes and controls the appropriate arrangements for the stopping points. Organizes dispatching service work and control over vehicles on a line. Establishes and maintains relationship with authorities (Akimat, Road police, and Transport control dept.) for proper collaboration in safety and correct exploitation of the transport and other needs related to the transport. Cooperates with the Road police authority for organization of the traffic safety measures. Organizes the first Aid and Emergency trainings. Schedules an internal technical inspection and controls its implementation. Prepares and assists the Road traffic police and Transport control dept. in conduction of the State periodical technical inspection of vehicles. Schedules technical services types and controls a proper technical service and maintenance of vehicles, correct handover the vehicles to and from maintenance. Controls an appropriate keeping of vehicles check out / in to the trip logbook, waybills. Organizes and controls over preshift and aftershift vehicle’s technical check up on the equipped check-point of the plants, according to the RoK standards. Responsible for technical condition of all types of Ersai and subcontractor’s equipment and HD vehicles, trouble-free operation, arranging all required inspections by the client, daily reports to management regarding the current situation on site, preparation of the winter/summer season plans. (SAIPEM – Kashagan Project) (Aktau) Assistance in Serving as the onshore focal point for offshore units regarding Class shipping services. Coordinate the advanced planning of maintenance, repairs, modifications, and the procurement of necessary materials and equipment. Assistance in Managing of all aspects related to construction barges used for piling operations and construction in the Kashagan Field, North Caspian Sea, Island D. Responsibilities include: • RMRS compliance • State registration of newly acquired assets • Annual surveys • Certifications and flag registrations relevant to the Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) • Third-party certifications • Maintenance and procurement activities Oversee a fleet of small vessels operating in very shallow waters for the Trenching and Trunkline projects within the same field. Coordinate the conversion of rented barges according to project requirements. Ensure the certification and compliance of all Ersai/Saipem equipment and motor vehicles.
