• Supervise works related to operations, maintenance, and repair to electrical, mechanical equipment. Control contractor activities and ensure observance of technological process, maintenance requirements, and complete operation tasks. • Systematically control observance of equipment operation rules by personnel, ensure equipment timely lubricated and cleaned to prevent damages and failures and extend equipment life to maximum, verify equipment every year. • Participate in commissioning of new production and equipment. Ensuring HSE and industrial sanitary requirements. • Ensure maintenance works provided with materials, mechanisms, spare parts and tools. • Operate in accordance with safety rules, provide safe environment. • Procurement experience. • Direct cooperation with Oil Gas tools manufacturers like McCoy Global, JI Energy, TIOT, BVM, Varco, VOLANT, DrawWorks, EenrQuip, DrillQuip etc. • Ordering and logistic of spare parts all around the world. • Experience in working with CMMS from eMaint. • Maintenance and job history recording during and after field operations on CMMS from eMaint

• Safety, Integrity and efficiency in every step of our tubular running operations. • Operation and maintenance with casing and tubing equipment covering all sizes from 2 3/8” to 20” • Bucking service making up tubing hangers, float collars and float shoes (Bucking unit from “EnerQuip”) • Operation with high-torque tong systems up to 100,000 ft/lbs. • Operations with WinCatt system from “McCoy” for accurate torque measurement, torque-turn monitoring system monitors, controls, and records every makeup

• Assemble and install TRS casing and tubing equipment following "Equipment Restore Form" . • Maintenance and visual inspection for TRS casing and tubing equipment. • Assemle and install Fill Up Tool and Casing Running Tool by DrawWorks. • Rig up/down TRS equipment in field (power tongs, power units and tubular handling). • Holding pre-job safety meeting. • Running Premium connections with computerized torque monitoring system (Wincatt), analize and making decision to torque/turn graphs.. • Running of Premium connection Casing (VamTop, Tenaris, TMK PF, VAGT), non – Premium connections (EUE, NUE, Buttress). • Running casing Conductor, Surface, Intermediate, Production, Liner, Tieback with Fill-Up Tools and Circulating Tools • Running Halliburton's well completion equipment like Production Packer (mechanical, hidraulic), Tubing Retrievable Safety Valve, Tubing Hanger. • Working with power tongs from Mccoy, Farr ,Clincher. • Working on rigs like Saipem 5843, Saipem 5827, UNGG ZJ-70, KazBurGaz ZJ-30, KazMunaiGaz Discovery. • Filling field documents (field service ticket, Torque Turn Confirmation, Job Sequence of Events)

• Maintenance for top TRS equipment like slip type elevator, spider 200/500 ton, power tong, hidraulic diesel power unit etc. • Service equipment strictly following work order and work procedures. • Assemble and install all type of TRS equipment for prepare jobs. • Was first experience in Well Service
