Участвовать в аудитах с заказчиками на строй площадке.

Together with other divisions of the organization perform check and certification of workplaces and production equipment for compliance with health and safety requirements. Monitors the due time of necessary tests and technical examinations of equipment, machines and mechanisms to be performed by the relevant services, compliance of schedules for measuring the parameters of dangerous and harmful operational factors, execution of state authority instructions, compliance with existing health and safety rules, regulations and guidelines, occupational safety standards during the production process, as well as projects of new and reconstructed industrial facilities, participation in their commissioning. Health and safety inductions for all newly hired and seconded personnel. Arranging the certification of operational facilities in terms of occupational regulations. Reporting on health and safety as per the proper forms and timing.

Operate, maintain and repair prime movers and other engines. Fabricate components from blueprints, engineering sketches, or verbal instructions. Perform other typical machine shop tasks, such as polishing, straightening, forming, inspection, etc. Assist in the construction and troubleshooting of various types of Global Innovation confectionary processing and packaging equipment. Assist engineers and technicians in devising timely and cost-effective means of developing test components and assemblies. Perform other various tasks, including, but not limited to: assisting in product trial runs, cleaning and maintaining shop and process equipment, ordering & picking-up supplies, etc. Set-up and operate various manual machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders, etc. .

Job Functions: Worover operations; participation in workover preparation activities, performance of derrickman activities for tubing and drill stem run-in; flushing pumps operation control; suspension and installation of rotary tongs; mud circulating system control and cleaning up the cuttings; inspection and performance of equipment lubrication; stringing and restringing of hoisting equipment; pipe arrangement and their lay down on catwalks during run-in and run-out of drill stems and tubings; hoist system maintenance, preparation of tongs, elevators and makeup & breakout automatic devices for tripping; participation in sealing and chemical agent preparation activities, acidizing and hydrothermal well treatment, fishing, survey and shooting operations, well completion, workover with cables; assembly, dismount and testing of turbo drill, bottom hole motors; routine equipment and tools maintenance on the field.
