The organization of the process is their codification in SAP and CMMS systems with further logistical transfer to the company's warehouse *Fill out orders for materials and issue materials on request; properly execute transactions; keep inventory records in the warehouse Working in the SAP system: *Coding of the material (SMMF, ZMDG), changing the description of the material, changing the re-order parameters (MIN/MAX). *Creation/modification/relocation of a functional location, equipment in the Sap system. *Linking the material to the equipment, providing relevant documentation for the material *Creation of work orders (notification, work order, MM order). *Creation of a Call-off for the purchase of materials, maintenance. *Inventory overview, movement between stocks, history of moving materials, overview of linking materials to a location *Tracking the stage of the contract (PR, PO, Call-off)
