Karachaganak Expansion Project KEP1A Location: Temporary site facilities. TCO FGP WPMP 3GP Project. Location: 3GP (40 area), 3GI (TCF). Conducting 3D visualization for the shutdown of equipment and each cut-off point throughout the 3GP. Performing the function of a contact person for personnel who need 3D visualization on TWO issues for the shutdown of mechanical equipment. Coordinates the installation of software for InVision workstations and ensures their correct configuration. Provides visualization reports needed by the outage tracking system group. Provides and coordinates all InVision/SPR software processing updates for InVision workstations. Interpret basic information and 3D models to further assist stakeholders. Study systems and their completion processes. Understand the basics of qualification of work activities in accordance with the safety instructions of the PTW and assist working groups in preparing PTW for equipment shutdowns. Need to establish strong alliance and interface with FGP Construction, Systems Completion, Operations & for matters relating to the control of work through the PTW process. Working with 3GI & 3GP Project 3D model using SmartPlant Review. Creating daily reports reflecting construction progress starting from underground and aboveground piping, steels, fabrication pipe spools, cable tracks, equipments. Generation of reports on the status of construction of the 3GI project for each site in relation to the initial data from the contractors involved in the construction of this facility. Calculation of the scope of work using a 3D model of the object. Extraction and processing of information on the project from the 3D model using the Invision application and the formation of visual reports to provide to the customer. Develop and update regular progress reports in 3D covering Materials, Design, Construction, Front Planning works, acceptance and surrender according to project requirements. Providing the entire project team with different visualizations to improve overall planning and communication to support construction. Ensure and coordinate the installation of software for InVision workstations and ensure that each workstation is installed and set up correctly. Providing and coordinating all InVision updates for InVision construction site workstations. SPR/InVision training and support for SmartPlant Review and InVision users.

TCO FGP WPMP Project. Gathering system. Location: 3GP (Field) Preparation and checking/analyzing construction drawings and technical documentation for variety Pipeline Crossings installation at “Gathering System” oilfield for transportation fuel gas, multiphase oil from new multi wells to 3GP/3GI plants, according to Engineering Specs from Fluor-KPJV. Construction work for preparation drawings and technical documentation includes: trench excavation, welding work, trench preparation for the new oil Pipeline lowering, bypass road installation under the existing Crossings construction (trenchless and open cut). All work executed in compliance with construction Quality Assurance requirements related Chevron specifications and Republic of Kazakhstan Safety regulations. Work with design specifications, technical drawings and scope of works for each project. Manage efficient operation of the site Technical Query system and provision of correct interpretation of design to Contractor. Regularly visits the work site to understand tactical and strategic issues and implement solutions. Designing project in 2D and 3D modeling systems AutoCad of production facilities. Communication with others in the design team and subcontractor, including client.
